Thank you for ordering from Justin Credible BBQ Co! We work hard to get your sauces delivered quickly and safely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship via USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume or weather delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Areas
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@justinsauce.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, please include a photo and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
